 Warranty
 Travelite products are carefully manufactured
 according to the highest quality standards and are subject to constant quality checks.
 Raw materials and additives are also rigorously tested before use. However, if there is a reason for a complaint, we provide a 2-3 year warranty. During this warranty period, we will free of charge
 remove all defects resulting from errors in material or production,
 either by repairing or replacing the product. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights,
 including your statutory warranty rights, and we are happy to provide it to you. Although we hope you never have to look for it.
 Detailed warranty provisions 
Depending on the product, Travelite provides a warranty of 24-36 months from the valid date of purchase.
 The warranty can be claimed in all countries where the Travelite product was sold with
 our authority. During this warranty period, we will remove any defects free of charge
 arising from defects in material or manufacturing, either by repairing or replacing the product.
 All statutory warranty claims of the buyer are not limited by this warranty, but may be
 filed against the merchant concerned. Warranty
 covers only material defects and defects caused by poor workmanship and limited
 is on the value of the product. Damage caused by improper handling, normal
 wear or improper use by third parties are not covered by this warranty.
 The guarantee is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase. In the case of valid guarantees

 Notes and recommendations

 WARRANTY
 The production of TITAN products is subject to constant controls.
 Various raw materials and accessories are also strictly tested before
 of use. However, if unexpected queries arise regarding a TITAN product, please note the following:
 TITAN guarantees 5 years (from the valid date of purchase) on the products
 from the Made in Germany collection. For older products, see
 warranty period on the attached product label.
 This applies to the following:
 The warranty covers only material defects
 and defects caused by poor performance and limited

 In addition, we would like to make the following recommendations:
 Damages in transit are damages caused by third parties and
 they also have to solve them. Right after every trip
 check if your luggage is damaged upon delivery (if possible
 before customs inspection). If you notice any damage in transit, 
immediately submit a complaint, verbally or in writing, to the information desk
 of your transport company (airline, shipping
 company, bus company, etc.) and ask for written confirmation
 damage. Immediate notification of any damage that has occurred
 responsible carrier usually results in prompt and generous

 Warranty
